Anglo’s 3rd Recital and Drama
On April 5, 2012, Anglo had their 3rd Musical Recital & Drama Performance at the Thai Cultural Center. This is the first time that Anglo graced the stage of Thailand’s monumental auditorium. Recital performers were from K1P up to Secondary, showcasing their talents & skills in Piano, Ballet & Vocal performance. It was chaired by the music teacher, Ms.Noon, together with the Anglo School of Performing Arts teachers. Ensemble varied from Baroque, Renaissance, and Classical to Pop, from solo performances to duets.
The last part of the programme was a well applauded performance coming from the Secondary students of the Anglo Theatre Arts Club, with the supervision of Ms.Bernadette and Ms.Amanda. The play is entitled “The Butterfly Dreams”, a Chinese Peking Opera in English script by Hu Tieh Mien that talks about fidelity to one’s marriage, with a twist of laughter, magic & fantasy.
