For more information about MOE Schools in Singapore, please go to this link http://app.sis.moe.gov.sg/schinfo. Singapore International School of Hong Kong is the only International school that is part of Singapore MOE. In Bangkok, all other international schools running the Singapore curriculum are operating independently from Singapore MOE.

A. All our teachers are qualified in their respective fields and they are constantly provided trainings, academic support and assistance by the highly qualified Academic Board composed mostly of Singapore Professors trained by the National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore.  Secondly, the school program is under the regular inspection and guidance of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), Council of International Schools (CIS), Cambridge International Examination Organization, and Thai MOE. These ensure that the highest academic standards for our school are achieved. Past achievements are reflected on students’ record in achieving the top scores in Singapore PSLE, IPSLE and DSA examinations. Recent accomplishments include scoring A* in IGCSE Math and Science examinations and achieving the International English Standings as our students are selected to compose the Thailand National High School Debate Team. Such honour to represent Thailand is bestowed on our students as they take the challenge to compete with the other high school students of the world in venues like South Africa and Chile.

A. Since it is a Singapore school, most of the pupils are already attached with schools in Singapore. Therefore, if the Singaporean pupils need to take the PSLE, they just have to return back to their school in Singapore at the end of Primary 6 to take the PSLE exams if they choose to be attached to a secondary school in Singapore.

Anglo’s mission as well as vision is to benchmark against the world standard so as to ensure that all our pupils are able to achieve results that will enable them to be accepted into ivy league schools not just in Singapore but around the world. That is why Anglo chose to be the Cambridge International Examination Centre instead of be the IPSLE centre. If any pupils  still wishes  to have IPSLE certifications, Anglo is happy to assist parents to process the IPSLE applications with St. Gabriel’s College in Bangkok ,which is another official appointed centre of SEAB for ipsle examinations

St. Gabriel ‘s College in Bangkok is one of the designated  IPSLE centres of Singapore Examination and Assessment Board of Singapore (SEAB). Each year, Anglo Singapore works with St. Gabriel to help to register our pupils who are interested to take the IPSLE exam for the 3 main core subjects ( Math, Science and English) . If you are interested to take the exams, kindly advise our Thai Principal, Miss Ubonnee of your interest  before the end of March of each year so that she can assist you in the registrations.

A. Anglo Singapore is a licensed school of MOE Thailand. Therefore parents can request an official certification from the Ministry of Foreign affairs, Thailand to certify that your child has legally completed a certain level of education in our school. In addition to the government certification from Thailand, your child can take the external exams such as IGCSE secondary two check points, IGCSE  and A level examinations. These two certifications are  also recognized worldwide.
