Outstanding CIE achievement from our Nov 2016 and Jun 2017 Results!

International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE)/AS/A Level Results 2017.

Anglo Singapore International School is once again delighted to bring in outstanding results in the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE)/AS/A Level administered by the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) in May 2017.

The conscientious and tireless work of the students and teachers has been rewarded.

This year our students have once again, done us proud by achieving a set of excellent results. We had 212 student subject entries in all, and we are delighted to report that 91 of these entries were awarded an A* and 81 entries were awarded an A for IGCSE. Our A*-A grade average stands at 62.74% and the A*-B at 81.37%. In addition, out of the 72 student subject entries in AS and A level, 80.56% of the students attained an A/a or better results.

A hearty congratulations to the school top scholars, Sorawis Itthithavorn, Sorakrit Chonwattanagul and Nahnath Phasuphong who have attained the grade of 8A*s for their IGCSE, while Wang Zi Yi achieved the highest possible grade of 4A* for her A-level results. In addition, our Korean student, Chae Eun Yang, has attained perfect score of 100 for her Chinese (Mandarin) in the IGCSE and Peerawit Chawawiwat has continued his legacy (of 9A* last year in IGCSE) in scoring 100 for his AS level Mathematics.
