Kindergarten Curriculum

Our Kindergarten programme is designed to create a safe and nurturing environment where children, from 18 months to 6 years old, can explore, grow, and develop a lifelong love of learning. Maths&Science

Mathematics & Science

The Singaporean mathematics curriculum is widely recognised as one of the best in the world, and at Anglo, we are proud to incorporate its principles into our own mathematics programme. Our curriculum is designed to provide a strong foundation in fundamental concepts such as counting, shapes, and spatial and processing skills in an engaging and meaningful way.

We believe that science and mathematics are not just about answers to questions or solving problems, but more importantly about developing a deeper understanding of the world around us. Our students observe, experiment, think and explore in order to develop a greater appreciation for the connections and meaning in what they see. Languages

In addition to English, we offer comprehensive language instruction in Thai, ensuring that our students are well-versed in the language of their host country. To further support our students' ability to integrate seamlessly into their native cultures, we also offer language classes in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

Physical Education

We believe that a well-rounded education includes not just mental development, but physical development as well. We provide ample opportunities for our students to build both their mental and physical strength and dexterity through a variety of physical education activities.

Our physical education programme includes basic gymnasium play, swimming lessons, and outdoor activities designed to support our students’ physical growth and development. In addition to physical fitness, our approach also emphasises vital skill areas such as teamwork and social skills.

Arts

Creativity & the Arts

At Anglo, we recognise that kindergarten-age children are naturally creative, but may not always have the tools to express their individuality. That’s why we strive to nurture creativity and provide outlets for students to develop their artistic skills and self-expression.

Our kindergarten curriculum includes four distinct elements of art activities: painting, music, dance, and play. Through these activities, students learn to observe and interact with their surroundings, and to express their thoughts and feelings through shape, colour, language, sound, and action.

Social Engagement & World Exploration

We believe that meaningful social interactions and experiences are an essential part of education. Our classes incorporate enjoyable activities that help students learn both academic and social skills through their interactions with peers and teachers.
