    Residential and Leadership Camp

Character, resilience, and global citizenship are nurtured through transformative real-world experiences. Our Residential and Leadership Camps play a vital role in this approach, offering students from Secondary to Junior College levels immersive journeys that extend beyond the classroom and into meaningful personal and social development.

Starting from the Academic Year 2025–2026, Anglo will introduce an alternate-year camp cycle designed to provide students with a diverse range of age-appropriate and future-focused experiences. These camps are closely aligned with the school’s Community Involvement Programme (CIP) and support each student’s academic progression or STEAM-B development.

In alternate years, all students from Secondary 1 to Junior College 2 participate in a three-day, two-night residential trip within Thailand. Planned collaboratively with mentor teachers, these mentor-level trips foster growth through shared challenges, discovery, and reflective practice. Each journey is thoughtfully designed to match the developmental needs and aspirations of students at different stages.

Secondary 1 students engage with the theme “Appreciating the Past,” exploring local heritage and historical connections. In Secondary 2, the focus is on “Treasuring the Earth,” encouraging ecological awareness and environmental responsibility. Secondary 3 students explore the theme “Discovering Passions,” delving into interests that may inform future academic or career paths. In Secondary 4, students face the theme “Pushing Limits,” designed to cultivate leadership, resilience, and goal-setting. Junior College 1 and 2 students embrace the theme “Creating Memories,” celebrating shared milestones and deepening bonds with peers.

Each camp experience is conducted under strict safety protocols and offers a well-rounded mix of exploration, leadership development, and meaningful reflection. Whether navigating forest trails or engaging in cultural immersion activities, students return with greater self-confidence, stronger collaborative skills, and a clearer sense of their role in the world.

    P5-P6 Camp held at Fountain Tree Resort, 25 - 27 January 2023.
